Hetalia: Okinawa

Alrightie! It's time to get a bit of better art for her up here.
She's developed un unbelievable amount since I used this account last.

Gosh since I have a bit of time to kill I guess I'll type up a little bio to give you guys a general view of what she's like now.

Honda Aiko - Okinawa Prefecture
Nicknames: Oki, Shorty
Height: 5 feet (152 centimeters)
Weight: around 100 pounds

Aiko is a very cheerful old woman lady, with a welcoming, open attitude. She's generally very pleasant to be around, and has a good sense of humor. She loves talking to people, and thrives the best in social situations. Obviously, she then has a bit of trouble being alone, and can get to be a little clingy or overbearing.

Learning about other people and other cultures is something she's always loved. Trading, so deeply rooted in her history, gave her a look into cultures completely different from hers. Sailors from all over Asia and Europe came, filled with stories and experiences which she always listened intently to. Some of these stories she remembers to this day.

Okinawa, despite her wealthy history, is now relatively poor, since trading has taken to the air or to sea ports much closer to Tokyo. She now makes most of her living off farming and fishing. Though she can get very sentimental about the "good old days", her recent lifestyle hasn't put much of a damper on her spirit. She generally enjoys the work, especially the fishing. She's happiest near the sea.
